The Story of Keith and Brenda

Conventional, uninspiring condominium-type marketing seemed wrong for this Tridel project in Toronto. We needed an innovative marketing approach, focused on the young, first-time home-buyer market. The solution? Keith and Brenda, an attractive, active, fun-loving couple who nicely personified the building's target market. We told their story—from first thoughts of owning a place of their own to moving in to their new home at The Consillium, complete with arguments and worries—in a dozen full-page daily newspaper ads. The Keith and Brenda campaign was a big hit and helped Tridel sell out the The Consillium, months in advance of projections.
