The fun of downtown living in a big multi-cultural city: that's the story of Tridel's The Richmond. Come one, come all. A diverse downtown cosmopolitan community: Gays, straights, young, old. We developed the concept for the first-ever secure underground bycicle garage in a condo. We designed/built a stunning cosmo sales office. Our multi-award winning sales kit tells the story with cool design and trendy comic book–style graphics. The results? The building sold out in months.
