"Keith and Brenda" personified life at a new Tridel condo—another Persona innovation. We branded the condo project for Tridel with two "ideal" demographic characters, our target, rather than logos and typical branding. Anchored with the Persona slogan "Life can be this good" this massive project was one of the largest home offerings on the market. By identifiying with young, attractive, active and ambitious, they made would-be condo buyers comfortable choosing The Consilium. "Starring" in newspaper ads that told their story, on-site signage, and High Life Magazine, created especially for the launch of the building, Keith and Brenda made The Consilium a big success, selling out months ahead of schedule.
